CLOUDY BAY
Simple, crisp and fresh. The delicious butter and vanilla notes from Haar vodka are balanced with sweet and tangy flavours from the apple juice and a touch of soda to finish this satisfying highball.
50ml Haar Vodka
150ml Cloudy apple juice
10ml Soda
Squeeze of lime juice
Garnish: Apple fan
Glass: Highball

The perfect way to start or cap off the evening. Our twist on the espresso martini using homemade caramel and a pinch of salt to work together with the tasty flavour profiles found in Haar vodka.
30ml Haar Vodka
25ml Kahlua
25ml Espresso
Small pinch of salt flakes
2 tsp caramel
Glass: Coupe
BUBBLEBERRY
Fresh and fruity, served straight up. Notes of butterscotch found in Haar vodka are complemented with a refreshing combo of fresh citrus balanced with the muddled raspberries, black pepper and basil. This is then given a touch of luxury topped with rosé champagne.
50ml Haar Vodka
4 muddled raspberries
25ml Fresh lime juice
20ml Black pepper & basil infused simple syrup
Shake and fine strain. Top up with chilled rosé champagne or prosecco.
