Q. Our USP
The first Scottish potato vodka made from three potato varieties, Cultra, King Edward and Maris Piper which are all grown on our farm estate. It is a common misconception that vodka is made from potatoes but this is rarely the case nowadays. We are trying to keep this tradition alive by revisiting this raw ingredient and applying modern, innovative production methods. Creamy, ultra-smooth and velvety texture

Q. What are the Ingredients?
Potatoes grown on the Estate, primarily Maris Piper, King Edwards and Cultra. Water from the distillery water source.Yeast

Q.Why these particular potato varieties?
We have been growing potatoes for many years, and we believe that these varieties will deliver a creamy, smooth, velvety spirit.

Q. How do you distil the spirit?
Triple batch distilled:
1) 4,000 litre pot still
2) 2,400 litre pot still with 40 plate column
3) Demethyliser column

Q. What will be the style of the vodka?
Ultra smooth vodka with an unsurpassed creamy, velvety mouth feel.
