It’s that time of the year again when we sow the fields at Arbikie with our barley and wheat in preparation for having new season grain for distilling our ‘AK’s Gin’ and Arbikie Whisky.

Since the start of the year, the Arbikie Farm Team have been busy ploughing, cultivating and sowing the rich soils of the Arbikie Estate and the recent dry weather has given our crops a great start. Our farm team play a crucial role in the creation of our spirits expertly cultivating the finest crops to be used in our Gin, Vodka and Whisky.

In 2016, this is what gave us the perfect Viscount Wheat that we used to distil our tasty ‘AK’s Gin’ that was grown in our Deils Knapp field close-by the Distillery.
